My Work of Art

 

A picture is worth a thousand words.

A song is worth much more.

 

A picture is painted with colors.

Musical paint, you can’t buy in a store.

 

Portraits are created through vision.

Melodies come from the heart.

 

Pa per can rip so easily.

A song you cannot pull apart.

 

When you look at a poster, you see what’s there.

When you listen to music, you feel it in the air.

 

You cannot see a picture if you are blind,

But you can feel the music in the depths of your mind.

 

A painting cannot be seen without eyes,

And cannot be explained without the preacher’s disguise.

 

Art is created in every way.

Music is the art that I chose today.
