Hold me in your arms,

With the sunlight on my hair.

Tell me that you love me,

And that you’ll always be there.

Make me believe,

That what I feel is real.

Help me trust you with my heart,

Rather than with my ear.

I know that I will love you.

I surely do not kid.

Because once I say I love you,

I always will, or never did.

Stay with me forever.

Keep me close to your heart.

Love me for who I am.

Not just as a work of art.

I know it may be much,

But it us all that I ask.

Love me like I am the only one.

Forget about your past.

Then you can truly love me

For all that I am,

And we can be together forever.
