The Best Life

I wish what happened in movies was real,

So everyone had a chance.

 

Life would be filled with happy endings,

Where everyone joined in a dance.

 

We would all go on long adventures,

And maybe get stuck in a trance,

 

By a big purple-haired man,

Wearing baggy tie-die pants.

 

We would fight on dragons with mighty swords,

Or maybe even a lance.

 

Then we could shrink down into miniscule sizes,

To go and hang with the ants.

 

We could party all night long,

In a glade where many deer prance.

 

Or give a heartwarming speech,

Before we take our battle stance.

 

If what happened in movies could actually be true,

Life would be so much fun!

 

And all you’d have to worry about,

Is whose life makes it to number one!
