When You Have Fallen

When You Have Fallen

A Poem by Amber Elaine Marshall
"

A poem about the moment you realize that you have fallen for someone.

"

Sorrow and torment is what being uncertain can bestow upon ones mind.

It has a tendency to test ones integrity and ability to think rationally...

Yet  fall to it we do each time for we are creatures that crave love and affection  from that special person.

We become willing to let down our guards and carelessly fall to the unknown because we choose to succumb to the irresistible warmth our hearts feel when that special someone graces us with their presence.

Then all that they provoke and arouse within cause utter and complete fascination with an overwhelming sense of infatuation,

that stems from watching their every move...every word spoken...the sound of their voice... and the smile on their face.

Whereupon this becomes the moment that you realize that you have fallen.

Yes that was lovely and so nice ,when love strikes, all our defenses fall and we surrender to the unkown..
we are creature who would like to believe that we could love so strong, that person was destined for us to meet
We will just watch every move, every word spoken, their voice like music, their smile will put us back to life, and e feel so alive
When you feel that the world around you has suddenly changed, everything looks brighter, colors looks more intense
its like our visions gets more acute as we see things even so minute,so delicate we see them so clear, things that we never cared to look before
its like all day we stay awake, even nights and sleeps and dreams, looks just like we are awake, we sleep just waiting for another
beautiful day to shine..for we know we are falling in love ,love that is so deep..
wonderful write ,about this thing we call love..
lovely write..

This is a beautiful poem.
The moment when we first realize that we have fallen is very precious and should be revered.
You did a great job of capturing the moment and it brings back special events in my life.
