I Don't Care

I Don't Care

A Poem by Rebecca

I don't care about what's right and wrong anymore
People f**k up either way

I don't care about the way he smiles when he glances at me
He's sleeping with another girl

I don't care about the birds chirping throughout the sunny day
Night comes and birds die

I don't care about how I'm supposed to be doing good in school
Linear Equations won't bring her back

I don't care about my future
My past took over

I don't care about crying
The tears never stop anyway

I don't care if the cigarette will kill me
Your words hurt more

I don't care if I drink so much Vodka that I forget my name
I just want the pain to go away

I just don't f*****g care
