linked like chain fences.

linked like chain fences.

A Poem by Amanda Jane
"

3/20/10.

"
my room was quiet,
and you began to kiss me.
our hearts were racing.
my house is empty,
and the soft sounds we make are
breaking the silence.
we’re tucked away here,
hands on thighs or hips, fingers
linked like chain fences.
our bodies embrace,
and i kiss you, my soft mouth
against your rough one.
i give you my heart,
and you give me yours also.
i won’t ever leave.
