Living things require love and care and sustenance. Plastic flowers may be useful for graveyard decorations where no constant vigilance is ever kept. But I'd rather a red tea rose were planted over my ashes and have hungry living roots feeding on my final contributions.

No plastic flowers for me. No fragrance and they gather dust. Nothing like fresh flowers for me. They are real, not fake. Very meaningful brevity Amanda.

Plastic people, are plastic stemmed from deep inside...the roots need to be real for people to be.
