Tactical RealitiesA Poem by Amanda ReynoldsA riddle poemTactical Realities A sunset and a blood red sky, It was at that moment that the woman realized She must switch to a different plane A tactical reality; where things get done. Horizontal disengagement and her breech began to slip. Continued rearward movement, Dimensions barreling to disengagement, Linking down under pressure chambers And as frictions expanded, people began to run. Constructed for deconstruction Impacting a particulate matter Kinetic penetrator, pathetic perpetrator Victor and victim Projectiles incapacitate Temporary cavities expand and stretch She cannot be undone. Q. Who or what is she? ________________________________. © 2023 Amanda ReynoldsFeatured Review
