Hard subject to discuss in a few words. I believe we are part of the life cycle. All things have reason and purpose. A spider for a example. We kill off all the spiders. The insects will overtake our world. We need the spiders. I don't know if we will be reborn, be took to another place or become part of the earth once more? Thank you for sharing the excellent poem. Death is the great mystery.

This is bad a*s. To me, it felt like a quick wander through your mind and thoughts. It expresses the questioning of human existence and their demise. It talks about the difference between something being destroyed and being non-existent. I think this is a real eye opener especially to people who are a little more closed minded about human creation and destruction. Very deep thoughts executed very well poetically in my opinion. Keep up the great work friend.
I can so relate. Whenever my teacher tries to teach us about the big bang theory, I get so confused. So the universe at one point didn't exist? And there was nothing outside? That's where I get most confused. Our universe doesn't end? But you said it was smaller than a pin? There's no outside view of the universe? How does that work?
I love how you said that you "Believe in the immortality of the soul" mainly because I believe that as well. The person may be physically gone, but their soul lives on forever. They will always be there to guide and watch over you. Even if no one else is, they will always be there. No matter what you go through in life, their soul won't leave you.
