sometimes i wish the world would just slow down,
slow down so i'd have time to enjoy life
enjoy life so i'd be happier
be happier so i could lead life the way i wanted
and lead life the way i wanted so i could be in control.

Very true...you nailed what I have been thinking lately right on the head.
If only the world would slow down at those moments that we love most. Of course, time goes on.
Though this was short, I think it would take from the overall simplicity and quiet genius if you lengthened it.
This won't be the last time I read it.
