Fountain of Youth

Fountain of Youth

A Poem by Amanda Gray

I took a drink from the fountain of youth.
But my soul kept aging.
I have lived hundreds of years in this youthful body
I have grown sick of it now
and am prepared to perish.

maybe life is only meant to be lived for a certain amount of time, not infinitely...even as much as we want to live, existence itself can get old after awhile. But you give a good case here for reincarnation...to come back in another body or as something else...that would be an adventure.
