Without Him...

When I'm sad,
And I'm hurt,
And I'm lonely,
He's the only one who can help...

Can better my life,
Cause a real smile,
Make me happy,
Keep a true smile on my face...

I need to cry,
To break down,
To speak my mind,
To cry with his arms around me...

But he's also sad,
And he's hurt,
Things are hard...
So he can't help me right now...

Have to fix myself,
Or keep pretending,
That should work,
It's all that I can do for now...

So I sit here,
Fake a smile,
Pretend I'm fine,
But I won't be, without him...
