He's Like a Dream..

The words he speaks about me,
Bring a heavy blush to my cheeks,
Even his sweet, comforting voice,
Can leave me speechless for weeks.

Feels like a complete dream,
That love like this could be true,
Ever since day one with him,
I've hoped I wouldn't lose him too...

So far we've survived and grown,
I swear he's a gift from above,
Hopefully we continue like this,
Growing closer and more in love.

It's very completely obvious,
He's the greatest thing in my life,
Hopefully one day we'll marry,
And become happy husband and wife.

I've fallen head over heels,
Hopefully it wasn't a mistake,
Don't know how much heartbreak,
I'll be able to continue to take...

Aw, this is sweet. :) 13, eh? I remember when I was thirteen... 4 months ago... lol :) But anyway, I know exactly how this feels, to love someone this much, and to see your future with him and really know you love him... It's even more special when you're younger. "He's the greatest thing in my life" definitely speaks to me dude. I know what that feels like... (: The bit at the end, though... That hints at sadness deep in your heart... Like, all the happy loving words are on top, but there is sadness under it all. The best poems are expressive in this way. Cause they come straight from the heart, like this one, right? Anyway, good job. :)

Trust me, I'm VERY familiar with this feeling.
And you've done an amazing job expressing it. I loved the second-last stanza in particular, it's really very cute. Umm... you know what? I'm 13 too... lol. So, I know how you feel. I like the calm feel to this poem, it's lovely.
