Thoughts In My Head

Rabbling of sorts about emotions I have because of depression.

Empty

Tired

Broken

Alone

Untrue thoughts I have before I go to sleep

I have

Love

Family

Friends

Strength

Yet my brain says no

You’re ugly

You’re a s**t if you wear that

Everyone is staring at you

No one is here

They don’t care

But in all honesty

They do

If I was gone

People would cry

they would wonder why

she was so happy

I did not see this happening

I thought she was better

Because of this I try

I fight

And if you feel this way

You need to fight

Because you have people that love you

Author's Note

I've been trying to get out of my comfort zone with clothing as I'm trying to learn to love my body even on bad days and since I've been home for spring break its been harder to sleep at night because that's when my depression likes to pop up. I don't usually have the problem at school because I have so much to do but most of my homework is already done and I kind of wanted a break from it so ya. If you read this whole thing comment what you think.

I know the feeling (maybe not about the clothing!), but the depression, we always have to remember the ones that love us...I personally, have a 4 year old daughter I have primary custody of...other than that, I have no other family, but I fight for myself because I fight for her. Keep up the writings, and thank you for sharing such personal views.
