Prologue

Backstory of Rosewater High School.

Rosewater High School was the very first high school in the budding town of Rosewater, British Columbia, Canada. Built in the 1920s, Rosewater High School was a stepping stone in a new and developing Canadian town, which would soon expand into a bustling city, chock-full of urban life. By the 1980s, gentrification had wormed its way around most parts of the city. The mid-90s saw a decline of posh neighbourhoods in Rosewater, and gang violence and drug trafficking spiked dangerously. Things smoothed out gradually with the help of outreach programs and wise use of government funding in the 2000s. Rosewater High School had stood tall over the years, with a few renovations.

All of the lockers were baby blue, a colour which was chosen in an attempt to quell the angst and animosity displayed by a large number of students.
