Pen vs liquid feasibility

Pen vs liquid feasibility

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Horace once said.
No poem was ever written
by a drinker of water.

So flood the page
by all means
but don’t water your lines down.

For a deep think
I recommend a red wine
possibly a blend.

And for a lighter write
a white wine will do.

A word of caution
write responsibly,
go easy on
the word consumption,
and finally
don’t water and write.

Another tip hiccups
act as pauses of thought.

Hehehe! Amazing how you come up with these clever poems; not watered down for sure.
