Meanwhile at the moment

Meanwhile at the moment

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Through the avenues of mind
thoughts congregate around
a small moment cherished
seeing the day trickle
into the past.

Today centre stage
summons tomorrow
to come forth
before the final curtain.

Best live in the now if you start pondering on the final curtain. It has a habit of creeping up fast. One minute you are in teenage years, then in a flash you are collecting your pension:)

And that's about it Chris, thanks for reading
and as that final curtain gets closer...it does seem the moments go too fast.

And it seems the avenues are filled with confusing road signs.
