The moods of change

The moods of change

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Please accept
I am no more
than what I am.

Be it the breeze
caressing the back
of your neck
or the howl
in winter blowing
in your face.

I make my presence known,
let me play with you.
Don’t get me angry.

Signed. The wind

dear Andrew...the Wind has been unpredictable this Winter...
it takes me in directions of unknown suffering... the muscles in my neck and body have become unbearable... but still I am vulnerable to a Lovers touch. gently, Pat

I enjoyed the thought provoking poem which makes you think of a lover’s touch and then realize it’s the wind. A creative and brilliant way to have the reader feel emotions while reading this.
