Our chemistry for ever after

We will never meet
in the afterlife
as one had thought
because our atoms
are inert.
So for now
let our molecules rejoice
for they are living.

I believe there is enough scientific evidence out there to prove heaven doesn’t exist and our souls out there but scientists don’t want to shatter that belief, can you imagine the fallout. Thanks for your words J.
