It really is a hit and a miss to get here

Life is sexually transmitted,
and our existence of being
you and me is
one in one trillion
for our DNA to be entangled
and presented to the world.
Showing how terribly small
we really are but
at the same time lucky
to be here and alive.
So to search for
the meaning in life
is rather meaningless
for three scores and a ten
to be pitted against a planet
billions of years old
only shows the insignificance
of us being not important at all,
and so where size matters,
really matters
in this universe
we are almost invisible
reduced to atoms.
