In the fog of our mists

In the fog of our mists

A Poem by andrew mitchell

We are no more
mists in time
to the tune of ticking,
our biological clocks
where the footsteps
in the sands are dragging
anchored in the past.

I like the tempus fugit effect. My own mornings are sometimes pretty foggy before breakfast and coffee. We are not what we once were but not yet what we shall be. I enjoyed the read. F.
