Andrew,
I've been reading a lot of articles of late about the nature of consciousness. Where do thoughts come from? I mean when we lived in caves surrounded by saber-toothed tigers and giant wolves, I know where the 'OH S**T!" originated... but sitting around doing nothing, and something like your poem happens out of nowhere... well hmmm...
