On time’s flow

On time’s flow

A Poem by andrew mitchell

As time’s river flows
erasing and adding
mortal paths journeys
the mountainous peaks
of life’s wisdom accumulated
stands momentarily
where deciduous moments hang
until their memories fall -
lost are the words
from the tree of life
as minds litter
the landscape.
