The soundtrack
of the mind
be it past
or present
is hard to define
until you hear it -
a concert of a lifetime
in the making of
finding that tune
from “ What was that song?”
Nice lines that do take me back in time to when my late wife (same woman married twice) was alive, and that second time around, while she attempted to work in being afflicted with early dementia, I would email her what I would call her song of the day, as a way trying to tell her how much I loved her, though my words and actions did not always seem to show it. Songs, like this, many from that yesteryear of when we were both young and carefree and had our entire lives ahead of us, or so we thought: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tqfUjLQAAg ... and, in preparing to marry her a second time, because she was suffering from early dementia and my kids were discussing putting her in a home: (by the way, she was Hispanic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rfHxTqGS_c
Thanks, for taking me back in time again for just a moment.

Thank you Marvin. Yes songs and moments go hand in hand.
