Harvesting the harvest

Harvesting the harvest

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The thoughts I grow
I mow
all the while
beyond the fence
the green grass
looks greener.
I sow what I know
but nothing
germinates.
Meanwhile,
over the fence
the grass needs mowing.
