At the very end of the chain

At the very end of the chain

A Poem by andrew mitchell

When the poem sailed
the noun jumped ship
but was found to be
pushed by a verb
described by the adjective
a life line was thrown
but what can do
with a name
called anchor.

Thank you Julie.
Brilliant! Was this the Titanic???
