Change is inevitable. The only thing that stays the same is everything changes. I've noticed through my studies of human history that the pendulum swings to the far end of its spectrum before it begins swinging back. In my lifetime I've determined most change has been detrimental to the overall development of the human species from my perspective. I'm waiting on a new era of relative peace. I wonder if it will come before the end.

Yes. "leader" is a term not applicable to tyrants and demagogues. The world needs more leaders and fewer of that other sort.
