A two sided view

A two sided view

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Saints or sinners,
bright or dark,
a two sided view
a flip of the coin
which is true?

There’s always
a two of I,
a four of us,
where our shadows meet,
there’s no fence in between.

Seeing you as you are now
in the mirror I see
your dark side
on reflection
where the barrier
is yours and
not to share.

I disappear
in the mist
not finding you,
lost in my own condensation
at your condemnation
you placed on yourself.

Some erect barriers because they don't want others to see how bad they think they are.

Indeed John, thank you.
a Sybil type personality displayed here...more than one selves....
I think we all have multiple personalities...that mirror does a lot of work.

It’s funny how moods influence and change one’s personality. Thanks J.
