How much?

How much?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

There was only one
price  to pay
for the cost
of living.
as there was for those who wasted it.

You are welcome...
Too many waste their lives, no doubt. We all pay a price every day. Lots of thoughts in this short one, Andrew. Good job. Lydi**

Thank you sydneysider:):)
dear Andrew... If only Congress could learn from so much waste. We the people learn better from mistakes than do our elected leaders who promise to do our bidding. In their minds, their priority is to make the rich... richer...
It is a sad "tale"... "The best of times and the worst of times". (The tale of two cities). Truly, Pat

thank you Mr. Writer for your nice review.
He who pays the piper calls the tune, yeah, right!

Life is short, the bill when it comes unexpected and we are foolish to waste as much time as we do, yet I'm as guilty as the next man.

You do hit the nail on the head don't you.

hi beccy thank you for reading and yes how true
this is interesting. very philosophical. there is a price to be paid for not living life to the fullest as well as the unavoidable price we all bear in order to live & survive. live, thrive & survive as they say - with emphasis on thrive!
