Shades of green hides snobbery!

Shades of green hides snobbery!

A Poem by andrew mitchell
"

a write on snobbery!

"
Shades of green hides snobbery!
              Inequality!
          A shade of green.
           Discrimination!
          A shade of green.
           Both residing,
       over the other side
            of the fence,
where the side is always greener.
          All I can say is
            " Too bad!"
" I live on the other side."
         " Come on over,
            if you want,
        but mow my lawn!"

what a great ending...and what a forceful write on the conditions of prejudice and upper class snobbery which runs rampant...
reminds me of Ted Knight's character in Caddyshack...having the party on the yacht and then inviting Danny to mow his lawn.
