We interrupt this break with the news!

We interrupt this break with the news!

A Poem by andrew mitchell
"

a meddle of distorted thoughts having no boundaries

"
We interrupt this break with the news!
Expresso love goes cold,
replaced by instant,
history repeats on itself,
blind on finding,
fair maidens not in vogue,
disappear crying,
medusa strikes the heart;
but the stone age is over.
While the key to happiness remains stolen,
the lock remains distraught, lonely;
the window supporting opportunity jammed;
reads: Please use the skylight to exit.
While the Iron age
gives way to rust, flaking,
the chance of finding true love dies,
on the fields of broken hearts, dying.
The moon going AWOL
riding on the stars, disappeared
technology makes a new one,
in regeneration computer shared.
The sun in place all smiles,
all clouds grey brooding,
the fairytale ends
on reality dawning.

Its strange how some thoughts lead away from what we thought we would be thinking. Excellent surreal images.
