Long leggety beasties!

Long leggety beasties!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Long leggety beasties!
Your pre-teutonic presence,
a blast of cold air,
coming from behind
I felt you breathe
on my shoulder.
I never knew whether
your incorporeal being
was a good spirit
or a bad one;
you drifting in
and out of my life,
but then again,
you always were gothic.
Til next time!
