As the reporters of the BBC move closer....

As the reporters of the BBC move closer....

A Poem by andrew mitchell

As the reporters of the BBC move in closer....
As the reporters of the BBC moved in;
a posse of ants all disrupted,
all entertainment focused on
the serpent's tongue
wet and a slithery
satisfying......
Now, I know what you're thinking.
It wasn't Eve!
It happened in the morning!
The interruption caused
another missed opportunity,
their primary objective;
Why did the chicken cross the road?
And she did!
We'll never know why, but being biblical times
one thing is for certain the road was unsealed.
If she rolled, could be the egg!
Oh well! Next time!
Next week,
we'll focus on Mr String and ask him again.
"How long are you Mr String, really?"
He usually replies. " Get Knotted!"
This is the BBC reporting on World news.
              Good Night!
                   and
              Good Bye!
Til then........

LOL...sometimes it feels like this kind of newscast would be a better option, given what we've seen in recent months. Loved the laugh...well written!

Wow, the news there is so much more entertaining than the political crap we have to listen to, emails versus gropings. I love this and have a question, is that the Mr. String made from cheese :~)
