Interrupted by a cosmic ray!

During my interstellar travel

through the space opera,

I saw her beauty ablaze

passing by, her tail enticing.

In a fleeting moment,

a wisp of smoke,

a flash of light,

my daydream spell broken,

she was gone.

Sipping coffee

under her spell

beneath the red white

stripes of the cafe

I waited on her

no return.
