A game to be won.

A game to be won.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

A game to be won.
In upgrading her attack;
glamour, grooming,
she was in fact
lowering her defences.
In a game of love
to be won or lost.
She wasn't losing.
Whether full forward
or full back.
She owned centre.

the first section of the poem was great , it described her technique and how she is going to play the game
the 2nd section contained three lines, the first is okay but the other two lines didn't match

its a game to be won but the in these two lines "to be won or lost. She wasn't losing."

it didn't sound right to me

I am rating 90
