Sailing on azure blue.

Sailing on azure blue.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Sailing on azure blue.
In a blink of an eye
she had me on board
sailing on a dream,
those azure blues.
Her lashes swept
lingering doubts away,
but it was all a tease,
she pulled the plug.
Left stranded
in the bath now empty,
my sails lowered,
shipwrecked in thought;
naked, I climbed ashore.
