Lost entities in a computerised world.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Lost entities in a computerised world.
When no longer books held were published
or circulated;
a shortage of paper.
I became an entity of thoughts
in the plastic world;
four KB of memory
with spellcheck
until the permanent blackout
then I was nothing
just a place in space
floating,
reaching out,
drifting
lost.
We were all just entities
of a computerised world
drawn through its own black hole.

Paper is so overrated. Save the trees! Lol

Very haunting write Andrew. We are all entities and wc; a frequent haunt. Bringing minds together and sharing thoughts; only hoping we don't get drawn through the black hole of the dreaded writing block.

...:)

i am going to miss books....i like holding them in my hands, actually turning real pages, not cyber pages...

books will become a lost art...there will be books dug up by archaeologists one day...and they will say "what are these?"

haha i still won't read a tablet, i like seeing books in my shelves to browse, so much more fun.
We were all just entities
of a computerised world
drawn through its own black hole.

A little binary code ... there is a theory in that. Clever write, Andrew:)
