Riding on Deaf ears.

Riding on Deaf ears.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Riding on deaf ears.
When the thought in mind
activated, but stalled on:
"Would I like to make love to you?"
Eventually, to surface,
confidently, verbally:
"Can we make love?"
It was all too late.
She was gone
on deaf ears waiting.
