Motoring thoughts.

Motoring thoughts.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Motoring thoughts.
An inept thought
travels the cerebral highway
only to stop motionless
at the intersection;
lights flashing,
paused......
not knowing
which way to go
Meanwhile
a secular thought
runs a red light
in a hurry
the poetic police in hot pursuit.
