Outside the square, inside a pizza!

Outside the square, inside a pizza!

A Poem by andrew mitchell
"

goofy writing!

Outside the square, inside a pizza!
In turmoil,
no longer did the Knights
gather around the square table
now round.
It all happened when the
pizza arrived in a square box;
being round.
No-one was prepared
to surrender their slice.
Thinking outside the box
King Arthur handed out
a questionnaire.
They had to circle the word
in a box that best completes
the analogy.
If a pizza comes in a square box
what goes around in a circle?
hmmh!
the centre or the circumference?
Who cares!
The pizza was good!
hence, the Knights of the Round Table.

oh did i like this one...30 years managing in two different pizza places...

i like the analogy...the round ones fit nicely in the square boxes..

outside we can seem squarish and toe the line....but inside that roundness wants to break out of the box.
