Time and tides

Time and tides

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Time and tides.
Time and tides
washes away
memories collected
filtered through sands
rolling back and forth
with each wave,
a pebble of thought
pondering, reflecting
to travel skimmed
on water's edge,
one, two, three...
As quick as......
a thought emerges
       it's gone.
