Evergreen.

Evergreen.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Evergreen.
His fear was evergreen
he could not shake;
the leaves of autumn,
fear.
Shackled he could not
remove the chains binding on
what lies ahead, the future.
Trapped he lay
while autumn decayed,
today linked
the future, dismayed....
of the fear.

Sometimes those words come just so perfectly, don't they. Marvellous work, Andrew:)

Thanks for the lovely review Pryde. :)
yes, evergreen lives through the fall...fears do not turn color, decay and fall to allow new leaves in spring...

it stays year round....

nicely said.
