The Stowaway.A Poem by andrew mitchell
The Stowaway.
I've always considered myself to be of sound mind; thoughts arranged in an orderly fashion until I had a short circuit then thoughts went crazy. You see..... I had a stowaway. I didn't know at first but yes, a woman's thoughts had entered my mind in the obvious way, the love bug! All of a sudden she was constant, the whole focus 24/7, I just couldn't think straight. I was being taken over, she was there, in me every step of the way. All my original thinking patterns were pushed aside, rearranged; furniture that was mine. While the focus is Her....... as she wanted, I'm struck down...... by the love virus. I don't know when I'll recover The doctor just said. " You'll never be the same."
