In the love arena

In the love arena

A Poem by andrew mitchell

In the love arena.
The rules of engagement were simple.
Take control.
Conquer.
She surrendering,
you in turn became
her prisoner....
in love.
The ruler always rules
her kingdom.
However, I was given
visitation rights.

hahaha thank you cassie
Love it. I think this Arena of love has many different scenes. Although the poem might seem light, it has a lot of depth to it and portrays the inner conflicts felt; profoundly well. There are lines between the lines in this poem that read so clearly. LOL Thanks Andrew :)
