How about some magic!

I tried some magic mushrooms.

I wonder when the magic starts?

So far,

I can't find the dove in the hat.

Or the ace of spades

in a pack of cards.

Just now I've inserted

the swords into the box.

I'm a bit worried

I haven't heard from the volunteer.

My wife is not normally this quiet.

I've tried saying repeatedly. 

"Is everything alright in there?"

No answer.

Now I'm getting high!

Still no magic!

Another very original gem of a poem, Andrew. Very funny.
There is something hilarious about putting the wife in the magic box, the one in which you insert swords into. Normally they would still be giving us a hard time!
