The Treadmill.

The Treadmill.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The Treadmill.
When it came to exercise
I found........
the treadmill of life.
A seesaw:
just ups and downs,
sometimes the climb, steep,
the descent likewise.

with all the ups and downs, and the steep climbs in life....we should be in pretty good shape emotionally and mentally...

but most times we are feeling so worn out...

really like the metaphor here.
