As the shepherd walked

Out onto the balcony

Caesar the leader

Looked down on his flock.

The sheep below awaited his command

He waved. They roared.

Baa! Baa!

He said " The grass is a lot greener on the other side of the fence"

The crowd cheered. " Baa! Baa!"

He just told them

What they wanted to hear.

Elections were next week.

Caesar retreating from

The balcony said to himself.

"Lambs are back on the menu!"

Yes about pollies and tyrantical leaders like Caesar, Hitler, Pol Pot, Idi Armin to name a few who control the masses and can dispose of them too

Yes It was about tyranical leaders like Hitler, Pol Pot and Idi Amin who controlled the masses for food or fodder and families were quite expendable
