How do you like your messages?A Poem by andrew mitchell
My thoughts vibrate
On corrugated roads Of dust and dirt, rising. Travelling through clouds Of slumber, on the wings Of an eagle, falling. Flowing down the pen Onto paper, sealed. On the wheels of time Motorized, carried By mechanical birds To your door, the letter. In the new modern age Hammered are the thoughts On keyboard letters Forming words that flutter On the wings Of technology; Sent. How do you like your Messages? Sent on send? Or in time, with travel?
