Replacements are in queues

Replacements are in queues

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Dizzy is the love
From highs above.
But one slip, one fall
The love plummets
Freefall.

To the ground
Crushed.
The spell broken,
Love, expelled;
A puff!

On pavement runs
To be found
A stranger, new.
The love shoots

Rising again,
Growing, opening,
A flower; a love
Through rose coloured glasses.

Another one's treasure
A love
That will follow
Its course, measured
By time.

Thank you Kathie
Another crisply flowing piece describing the ups and downs of relationships as they are recycled.

One possible typo:
second line first stanza 'high' not 'highs'? (although I know you were longing for a spliff when you wrote it!)
