Their pledge

Their pledge

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Knife slicing skin
Blood red.
Two thumbs pressed
Tightly, a pledge;
I solemnly promise!
Blood brothers pretend.

My buddies and I did this as kids... one of them fainted when he saw blood... only, we didn't slice but barely pricked the skin :)
